Each property was individually designed by local Award Winning Architects, and thoughtfully designed around a quaint brick paved internal courtyard, accessed through electronically operated wrought iron gates, providing each of the houses with safe and secure parking.

Due to its historic location believed to be on the site of a former Roman Temple, and having been the focus of The Channel 4 "Time Team" programme, this unique development demanded an unsurpassed level of internal specification. The external elevations fully reflecting the historic character of the local surrounding area, and the properties built in a similar design to those destroyed by an air raid in 1942. Each of the houses and cottages were individually named to reflect the history of their specific locations.
